how much are H&Rs worth without rear adjusters

mite be buying theses soon without rear adjusters, the seller says the rear adjuster was remover to get the back alittle lower.

Just wanna know how much are these worth incase i want to resale them at a later stage. How much shud i pay?
There about one and have years old.
