How much brake fluid ?

I will be replacing the Pads and Fluid all round before my MOT re-test. How much Dot 4 fluid do i need to buy ?

1 Liter but I'd buy 2 and then least you cna just return the second if you don't use it.
Nothing more annoying than running out.
The whole system is only about 500ml but its impossible to use that little.

Did i also read somewhere that it strips the paint also ?

Yep its nastly stuff to paint work wheels etc. Just give the areas you leak the fluid over a bit of a wash with some water and it should be fine.
