How much do you reckon it would cost to get a 172 ph2 back to near enough brand new?

The interior is in very good condition, Im more on about the mechanical stuff. So I guess to get the engine, which is on 72k back looking like brand new, new brakes, cambelt etc etc. None of it is in poor condition, just curious i suppose.
