how much for a cambelt change?

hi not sure weather my car has had a cambelt change so gonna get it done anyway how much am i lookin at to get in done?

renault specialists 2-300ish

although i got a specialist near me to do cam belt and aux belt for 320

i rang my local specialist today and they want £577 for cam belt and aux belt

I paid 400 for cambelt, aux belt, water pump and a few random bearings they replaced at French Cars in shrewsbury cars been running a year with no (engine) problems so i reckon there ok.

i paid specelist 330 for cam belt aux pullys and water pump and asked if i could watch the work as im studying mechanical engineering and wanted to know how thease where put together and he kindly agreed, they did a crackin job too (duno if it was coz i was watching) but either way uou got quoted too high, thats a renault price
