How much fuel

Does a sub and amp waste?
I have my system on all the time I'm in the car, I'd like to leave it off to see a diffrence in MPG but I dont want to lol.
I was wondering does it affect my mpg, it's nothing special 1000w jbl sub which never puts out a 1000w and a 400w jbl amp and a phoenix gold amp for my speakers.

it will affect fuel consumption as you are carrying more weight.

By how much, im not sure.

Is it just the weight element, I'm thinking power drain?
I've made up for the weight easily, dropped the steels, no spare tyre, dropped a few pounds myself too.

now it sounds cool as i have a 1.6hp amp

having it on and the weight of the subs uses a lot of fuel
