How much grease to put within the CV boot?

I'm changing the drivers side drive shaft and I'm wondering how much grease to put in the outer (wheel side) CV boot and also if I need to do anything to the other parts?

If you're changing the driveshaft, you don't need to open the boot up to regrease the joint..
