***How much is it worth?***

Anybody have an opinion on Twingo 133s?
My 2011 version's had almost zero interest in months. It seems priced ok at 4700 going by what's out there but are any actually selling?

Car is in fair condition for age some dinks and scratches but never bothers me as it was going to be used as a track car but buying a house and need funds Don't really want to sell but Mrs wants it gone what you guys think it's worth just a Guide price sorry but I'm new to clips and unsure what ther worth it has cost me well over a grand to get engine and other bits done with out buying the car but I no I'm never going to get what iv put in would like close

What's my 182 worth?

Black gold 182 full fat 2004 plate

Plate included

67,000 miles
FSH
8 months mot no advisories
Belts, pump and oil change at 65,500
Gear box oil change 65,500
197 cams fitted 65,500 (184bhp with before and after printouts) remapped at EFI

The car came already with a custom cat back exhaust, rear boxes deleted 4inch exhaust tips. I've had a sleeve welded onto the cat to create a tighter fit with the centre box.

I've spent a small fortune since owning the car in February....

New coil pack and leads
New ngk spark plugs
Polly bush dogbone mount
Polly bush upper engine insert
Cooksport lowering springs with new top oem top mounts
Interior and exterior carbon dipped with engine cover
Fatty induction kit
16inch trophy turinis with minor kurbing
Rainsports tyres on all 4 plenty of tread! rears are 2 months old
New drivers side drive shaft fitted less than 500miles ago!

The bad points are:

I've had to replace the uch due to a solid immobiliser light issue, this was swapped with a 172 uch so cruise control will not work, all that's needed is a 182 uch reprogrammed with the Ecu.

Minor stone chips to the front bumper
Small scuff to the lower passenger bumper and splitter

Slight lacker peel on the front bumper under the passenger headlight

Small paint chips to the drivers door

There's no serious damage or scratches to the body work! Cleans up well after a polish and wax!

WTF? Selling already?? £3.50 worth that bloody fog horn exhaust.

Hi First time poster here.

I have a Clio RS 172 Phase 1 in Silver.

It is completely standard, has FSH, never been on track and has 43k on the clock.

I am tidying it up to sell and in my research seeing here and there that its value is not so straight forward, I read in EVO Magazine a few months ago that the Phase 1 172 is a car to invest in.

It needs to cambelt service, which is not cheap. So am not sure whether to do this or not.

I want to sell it as I am buying a car of my Dad that I have been waiting for (a BMW 130i) at part ex cost, as he is getting a new car.

Also, I live in Jersey, which means the second-hand car market is slightly different. In that there is a few phase 1 172s on the road here, so they are not seen as rare.

So the reason for my post:

Value as is.
Value with cambelt service done.
Information on truth regarding values going up.

As is and in 43k condition, £2800 ish with the belts need doing. £3500 with them done. But imo it would have to be mint with fsh.

Regarding values. Personally o don't think they will be worth loads for a long time. Wether they will get to 205 gti status I'm not sure, at a guess not. They are a good car, great fun etc but the ££££ boat won't come in for these, again just my opinion.

Haha no she's spot on! Been eying up a few BMW 335ds I miss having a big car! But the money I've spent on the Clio I'd be mad to get rid!

Going to look at a 2003 Monaco 172. Covered 73k. Belts been done in the last 1k. Totally standard. Looks real tidy,not long had a full paint correction. Only down side is it has very little service history. Whats a rough value on this? The guys got it up for £1800 but reckon thats a bit steep.

Without history, i'd be taking the mileage as a pinch of salt, unless MOT's back it up obviously. That said, £1800 is top money for a Ph2 172 unless it's a real low-mile minter. I'd say anywhere near £1k is a good price for you.

£1300/1500 imo. If it's in good condition with recent belts

Thinking 3250 is very cheap seeing as some early 172's are making 2500 ?
Has cambelt been done,you should get 4k as you've replaced so much stuff :up:
