***How much is it worth?***



  LY 182
Out of curiosity: 04 plate Liquid Yellow. 75k miles. Belts done and full service history (belts done by JamSport, everything else done by BTM Fred since my ownership). Turini's + Yozza (assume these add no value but listing for clarity). Few dents/dings as unfortunately I have to leave it at the train station car park Mon-Fri.

Help pricing ph1 172 track car please.

Basically me and my brother in law bought it to have some fun but we had no time, i passed it on to him as he wanted to continue but now he wants to let it go too.

Its silver and in pretty good overall condition, it's not got an mot but one can be put on it cheap by me enough if needed.

Some of the things done are, fully stripped with 2 Corbeau bucket seats, 2 sets of Sparco harnesses, front and rear strut braces, lowered springs, stainless exhaust, Godspeed Discs and EBC NDX Bluestuff pads, brake fluid replaced with 5.1, new OEM rear pads.

Removed the carbon canister, stripped the air con out.
Both ball joints have been changed, oil and filter change, gearbox oil change, new hub, OMP steering wheel and Boss, brake cooling ducts.
Turbine alloys and good tyres.
New OEM cambelt and Aux belt with receipts.

There's prob loads more, but there's also a set of coilovers (Spax i think) and a proper Brian James trailer that can be added to the package.

He don't want a lot for it but an idea would be good.

These photos are of it unfinished so it looks a bit better now as it has plastic door panels ect

The shell is on 106,000 miles but the engine has been replaced due to old one using too much oil, so new engine is on 69,000....The belts are being done tomorrow.

Very good condition.
No curbed alloys, freshly sprayed bumper.
Near to OEM except exhaust and Cooksport springs.
New rear shocks 5000 miles ago.
New HC Disks and pads and braided lines literally 200 miles ago
Last major service 2,000 miles ago
- NGK Plugs
- Oil Filter
- Oil change

PROBLEM - Cambelt changed at 50,000/Last december by garage I purchased it from. No record of having dephaser pulley or aux belt.

Stil made 171.bhp 1000 miles ago though...

2004 racing blue 182 both cup packs 56k, ktr itbs , up rated filter set up , gen90 ecu , cat cams 421 , miltec de cat , full piper exhaust system , ds2500 pads and hc discs 1k ago, power flex dog bone mount , belts and dephaser done last month then cams when in , 4 new Bridgestone re002s , cars making 210hp and has a full Renault service history

This car is mint about as clean as they come tbh I work for a main Renault dealer and have done for the last 10years

Just looking a idea on what it's worth thanks

putting mine up for sale next few weeks really gutted :dapprove:, but just can’t justify the tax and its running costs against how much i actually use it

54 plate 182 cup giordini blue (spoiler, suspension climate control) no xenon’s or leathers
Clock Just turned 88K , Full service history back to when the car was first bought along with every invoice & receipt for every bit of work ever done to the car

Cam belt done at 73K

Timing belt and dephaser pulley last changed in October 2012 at 83K ( receipts for labour and parts )

Completely original except for full miltek exhaust system with DE cat (which i have taken off for mot but will be selling with car)

Fresh 12mths mot and 6 mths tax along with new track rod end , CAT and coil spring

Was last serviced in April

Paint & bodywork in excellent condition 3 of the alloys have some marks but nothing a refurb wouldn’t take care off which i may do before i sell it
Interior is mint

Cant really think of anything else


not exactly in a rush to sell


any ideas as to what price i should start with ?

would be quite happy with 2600 if i was in a rush but will list privatley at around 2800 purely because i have just gone through the hassel ( and expense ) of mot and taxing it

if no interest by end of oct will drop as advised

What's the going rate for a set of 4 Ph1 OZ F1s complete with centre caps in black?

Id be interested in them mate, i bought a set of 5 for £120 but without caps. 3 of the wheels where mint, 2 had curbing but will re-firb fine

Depends on the condition on the caps, but you can now get them 3D made for £27
 
In my search for a 182 - spotted a Blue 182 06 plate with no cup packs. Looks absolutely immaculate - 28,000 miles - belts all done in 2011 - everything standard - what's a fair price for me to pay - any help appreciated :)

Please try not to flame me too much for another 'how much is it worth': Looking to trade in the 197 toward the 'teg, just so I don't get taken for a ride how much should I be content with for p/x. I know its a case of how long is a piece of string - looking for a ball park estimate as I don't want to get shafted nor do i want to p*ss them off by asking for more when I really shouldn't. idea of the car:

define normal If you mean a bog standard 197- 3750 up to high 5's depending on model.

That LY one the prices were PX remember- 5500 private would be about right.
