Extras and options which included folding mirrors, xenons and cornering lights.

Cambelt changed
Full history, recent oil service and pad change up front.

Two fairly recent front tyres (on at 30k)

Loads of history for all pads, oil, MOTs, tax discs etc.

MOT'd late Oct 2013
Tax til end Aug 2013

100% standard and no damage to recaros or bases.

Very Good Condition Inside and Out with No dents. A few stonechips on front but barely any tbh.

Hey Guys,

New to the forum and looking to upgrade my car to a sport however im stuck on a price for my current car. I was hoping you could help me out?

I have a 1.2L 16V Titanium Clio Extreme, with 33.7 miles on the clock - and yes that is genuine. I bought it off a guy near Thetford for £2400 and had 27k on the clock. Ive had the car personally just over a year and has done me stupidly well. I'm looking at buying an 182 Arctic Blue with twin cup packs in the Norwich area, and i know it has a lot wrong with it. But the garage said they would fix everything that i know is wrong with car,, plus mot & service included in the price. He also offered part exchange too with my clio.

I want to try and sell my car for what i think its worth but i wanted to know if you guys agree. I was thinking around the £2000 mark what do you guys think? Low milage and runs beautifully. I will upload some pictures as well so you can see its condition.

2004 Clio 182 with 83k on the clock (engine was replaced on 55k roughly, with a second hand engine which had done around 41k)
Arctic Blue
Service will be done right before sale, belts were done about 2 years ago shortly after the engine was replaced
Condition is ok, a few door dings and one bad door ding which has taken a small bit of paint away, passenger wing mirror scratched
Milltek cat-back exhaust with silencer removed and modified cat (passed MOT fine)
Leater retrimmed steering wheel
Trophy Turinis, a couple could do with a refurb
Skoda splitter, not great condition
Cup spoiler
It's currently on KTR coilovers but I'll be putting Cup springs and shocks back on for sale

I'm thinking of putting it up for around £2,400. Is that a good point to start at?

The car appears to be all original and unmodified, overall condition is extremely good for the age (2001) and mileage (94,000). The wheels are in really good condition, only one has a very small curb graze and this also comes with the original spare alloy and tool kit in the boot.
No history was supplied with this so, I have no idea on when the belts were done, but it does have a genuine Renault exhaust, which looks to be recently fitted and the engine bay is immaculate, leading me to believe this car was well maintained.
I've listed all the faults I've found below and just to be clear, this wasn't owned by myself and was bought by me for the sole purpose of breaking for parts, but it seems a shame to pull apart such a nice and original 172.
Known issues:
Lacquer / paint damage on bonnet - severe.
Lacquer damage on rear drivers quarter - minor.
One wheel has a curb graze - minor.
Passenger window works, but is noisy/clunky - minor.
Stereo needs code - I can supply one if needed.
Very small scuff on tip of drivers wing mirror - V minor.
Small chip in paint on edge of boot - minor.
Scuff on leather part of rear bench - minor.
Steering wheel heavily worn, hence the cover - severe.
Airbag & Service light on.

Know what he wants for it but I thinks it's abit much!!

Depends if its got no Tax or MOT and has done 300,000 miles or has 12months Tax, 12 months MOT and has done 10,000!
