really depends on which garage you take it to, each garage charges different amounts per hour, best idea would be to call and check to see what their labour per hour charge is.
Just get the garage to go in with a borescope instead of stripping the head. With mine when I took off the lower inlet you could see one of the valves was clearly doubled over in half, might be similar with yours.
complete PITA and might be better off with another engine depending on what they are charging you for parts etc
