How much should the starter/ballast unit for xenons cost?

I've had a quote for £190 so far from a parts place i think this is just for the ignitor?

- HELLA 5DD 008 319-10 Ignitor
- D2S Bulb

I know this is the right bulb and ignitor but is this the right ballast to go with them?

If my bulb flickers a few times when i first turn the light on but doesn't come on what do i need? a ballast or an ignitor?

i got a full set off ebay 4 30 quid but from reno prob 3 million

not sure but im thinking ignitor? if it doesnt come on at all i think that may be more of a ballast problem

Ballast - mine did this only a few weeks ago. Got one second hand off here for £25! Works fine now!
