iv been quoted roughly 170 by one garage, the other garage couldnt quote as never done it before, asked if i would want all the pipework removed or would be happy with them just cutting some of the less accessable pipework which i said would be fine as long as all the heavy stuff was removed, ie pump, rad etc.

I really don't see the point unless you have a dedicated track car. One with all the sound-deadening removed. Tar all gone. No interior. One seat.
Or was it the fog light's?It frees up loads of power, that's why. Remember the guy who thought his Clio was broken and then he realised his gf had left the AC on?

If your air con rad is in good nic ie no holes in it like mine has i'll take it off your hands.
I didn't think JMS were VAT registered?
Was all pipework to the climate panel removed (metal ones that go through the bulkhead), and condenser, rad etc?
