Cost well easier way it to use bike throttle £100 or so Ebay will pick you up a set then best use aftermarket ECU megasquirt is nice and cheap so say £100 for that. Then you need a manifold making up easy option is soem similar diamter pipe to the manifold and the T/B'sand some welded on metal to bolt to both.
If you've a phase 1 its easier as you can use the old throttle cable plus the wiring is easier.
Come sort of air filters for the throttle bodies.
Then mapping say £500.

Sorry yep 110hp. I assumed you had the 1.2 16V. If you've a 1.2 8V then best idea to swop the head/engine for a 16V one or you'll be limited in power to about 85hp with throttle bodies IMO.
