how often can you polish?

Surprised you found the EGP highlighted the metallic flakes Paul, it tends to mute and hide them if anything while deepening the overall colour.

yeah honest it did! it was sunny on sunday! and i know i should have took some more pics! (but i was with the gf and visiting the grandmar) LOL

imo after i had finished the colour had a whole lot of 'orange' to it and as i say when the sun came out (on sunday) it looked like i had just sprayed the car! every little flake was out! even the gf was shocked! (and shes never notices stuff like that)

SRP a panel at a time, work it till there is hardly anything to remove, buff what is left, move onto the next panel, a 5 pence sized blob should do a door.

EGP less is more - apply it to the whole car, as thinly as possible, when you think it is thin enough it is still too thick! Allow to cure at least 30-60 mins, longer if you have more time, wipe off. Leave 12-24 hours between layers.

Don't use it if it is really warm and sunny or if it is damp as it is a mare to remove.

and invest in some nice pads and a microfiber to buff it off with! makes all the difference! megs pads and a qualty microfiber!

would you use a machine polisher to remove SRP and wax? just to make it easier as i get fed up with it after a while lol.

SRP works well be machine to apply, never bother using a machine to remove anything.

if you put the correct amount on as Rich says! there no need for to much hard work! you will get better results with smaller amount of srp and even smaller amount of EGP!

Thats handy to know.... sometimes its easy to get carried away and think that you have to apply it so you can see it clearly!... especially for us newbs!
