How on earth??

Are you supposed to get the back of the key fob to put a new battery in???
I've been trying to push it in the direction of the arrow but it won't budge,any suggestions before I throw it at the wall?
BTW I can't find my spare,I think Jnr has hidden it

hold the key with the arrow up then put a small screw driver down through the keyring hole and lever in the direction of the arrow

Push the back (with arrow) down and slide it towards the key end IIRC.

Its seriously stuck! All I can hear is my alarm activating/deactivating..pmsl.

lol. i had to rip mine open, the central locking button broke and i had to solder it back on!!! i does just split in half down the sides, use a screwdriver, butter knife, side of the table, anything! its easy once u've done it once. i did crack mine tho...
