Get a Alpine 9855r out??

It came with no jeys, guys a Halfords said you dont need keys, then how do you get it out!!!!

Once you have removed the plastic trim surround, it has clips top and bottom which I used a stanley blade to pop out, you need a flat blade screw driver to unclip the two retaining pins, there's one on either side of the unit. You may need to push it back as you do that if it's a tight fit.

Once you've done it once its easy I can have mine out in about 20 seconds, there not the most theft proof thing in the world really. Not like it really matters because if they want it they'll have it.

Yeah just the 2 wee clips at each side and it pops out, I usually use a small flathead screwdriver

I use watch screwdrivers with earth tape wrapped roundit so I dont scratch nowt

if its got conventional clips in the cage, feeler guages slip them out really well, ive lost the keys for my stereo, so feeler guages is what i use.
