How to cancel XBL?

Just noticed that Xbox have been taking £4.99 from my account each month - for the past 5/6 months. I only signed up to try it for a month, played it for 1 day and never touched it after that.

How do i cancel this? Can it be done via the website, as i can't connect to XBL here.

i had to ring to cancel, but that was bout 6 months ago so might have changed.

You'll have to call them, and ask to remove your card from file.

They are very sneaky at this.

Same happened to me when they were still taking £40 a year, even though I was buying the cards online. I don't need to renew for a few years now...

Thats what I did with mine.... Why can't they just have an option on the dashboard?, can't be that hard given the fact that you can buy everything else on there?!.
