How to connect laptop to component amp?

Basically I have my laptop with all my music on it, but now I am home want to hook this up sio I can play tunes through my component amp.

Is this possible does anyone know, and if so how - which cables would I need? Can take some more detailed pictures of the back of the amp's connections if required.

Thanks a lot for any help, have been wanting to do this for ages!

Excuse my complete ignorance in this matter, so where on the laptop would that cable connect to the laptop, via the headphone socket?

how the shizzle do they connect to stereos though Rich?! Could be quite cool as could play music when I am downstairs I guess...but surely OTT for my needs?!
