How to cut bumper recess for exhaust?

Hi All

Looking at cutting my bumper so I can have the exhaust sat in the recess any ideas on the best way to cut this and what to use

Never done one but I'd say

draw a line of where you want to cut back to.
cut with a fine toothed saw on the inside of the line as best you can.
file away excess to the line.
Leave like that or add a trim from a 182 bumper or something similar.

best way is to draw a line where you want the gap, dril small holes just below the line like a dot to dot then using a jig saw just join the holes, then sand to smooth. take it easy with the jigsaw tho, have somebody else hold the bumper tight or the jigsaw will just pull it back and forth. then add an exhaust trim of relative size
