yes you need to remove bumper there are a few guides on here it a 10min job there is two screws holding it to the wing you can see an opening on arch liner where the bolt is undo each and pull towards. two on the top grill as you open bonnet and a few little one that attaches the bumper to bottom
It can be done without removing the bumper..... Easier if you can get the front of your car in the air though as it involves getting under the front bumper.

Iirc yes... Pretty sure it's just clips so undo the screws on the bottom the bumper and you should get access to the lower grill.... It will be tight but saves taking the whole bumper off.
