How to lower my H&R coilovers

1)Has anyone a picture of the needed tool to lower the H&R coilovers? It's somewhere in my dealers garage, but don't remember how it looks.

2)How do you lower front and rear? I have no copy of the manual and car is now on standard height with those coilovers.
