How to remove a clio sunroof

I'm getting a sunroof frame from a scrappy, and obviosuly its still attached to the car. How do I go about removing it so I can take it home? Are they hard to remove?

dead easy if its mk2!open the sunroof to first position then press the small red button inwards then push in the big button and it should come out.GET outside the car and lift it out the hinges.

Is that for removing the whole frame or just the glass?
And anyone know about removing the electric ones?

I remember when I had too, lots of carpet ripping off the roof

I dont mind doing that cos obviously the car its coming off will be scrapped anyways. Its just knowing what to do that i'm struggling with. Once the headlinings off is it obvious what to do?
