how to remove inner wheel arch cover ?

hi all,
i need to sort out a problem with the horn on our 182 cup.
i had a quick look today at lunch time on how to get access to the horn, i can see the screws i need to remove but was not sure how the large circle shaped plastic clips come away.
Are they the same as vauxhalls where you have to push out the middle with a screwdriver or is there another way i am missing.

Just pull em, it's fine. New ones are only 12p (i think) from renault.
