How to remove sun visor

Im trying to remove the sun visor & mounts from my roof.

I have undone the two screws holding the metal plate in and removed the visor, but its the plastic clip that I am having trouble with. It has a screw which I have also removed, but no amount of careful pulling or twisting is helping. Should I just give it a really good yank or is there a special Renault technique?

Yeh, these gave me hassle too. Just pull hard and they should pop out.

Try wiggling it at the same time, it is just a plastic plug which collapses on itself.

If you knacker it, ill chuck some in for you.
