How to remove the back cover of my mirror off

is it possible to take off the back cover of my wind mirror?

Fold the mirror in 25 degree's (much easier to put on and off like that), lever carefully off with a flat screw drive....4 (2 top, 2 bottom) clips in the middle section, one at the end nearest the car and one little tab at the far rounded end. *They are tricky and the clips do often break*
