yeah, i wasnt joking, its thhe only way i could get it off!!!

u dont have to use a hacksaw !!!!! pair of molegrips and a lot of force, put car in 4th gear and sit in back or front dunt matter, pull a little bit and then give it the old left right technic while pulling as well and eventually ha ha

i didnt want to bend anything on the gearstick linkage etc so i just cut it off
