How to tell apart R.S. Monitor on 200's?

How do you tell the difference from a 200 that has RS monitor and one that doesn't? Is there a small button that turns it on somewhere?

You press two buttons on the stalk at the same time iirc

Thought it was the two buttons behind the volume controls, the ones to change the radio source. Could be wrong though.

Out of curiosity what does the RS monitor do? Is it only in 200s?
