Are they any good.

Just need to know if they are anygood

yeah, actually supposed to be a better ride quality as well as stiffer, lower and more tuneable.

Ride is not as harsh as you'd think.
Apex springs and standard shocks are worse!

Forget it! Buy eibac pro's! You'll be happier in the long run!

Fag! ;)

H&R's are the future. My old 172 cup had them for approx 2.5 yrs..... just got hold of a 182, and fitted H&R's last week. I love them

What is the recomended drop for H&R's? Well the mess your car up in the long run or just the same as with standard springs?

Less harsh. The billies are more track focused. Imo the H&R's are perfect for the road.

I like mine looow. But as long as the camber and tracking is sorted there is no problem. I Had no worries in 2.5 yrs of hard driving in my Cup.

I've read plenty about leda. Have had many years with H&R/ebaich.

they dont have built in adjustment! you will need to buy the bolts seperately if you want to adjust the camber!

They dont come with any adjustment as standard. Niether the set for my 172 Cup, or my 182.
