HTC HD2 help

Got my htc today, great phone. One issue i am having is that if someone calls me it comes up as unknown even with the number calling stored in my phone book. Because of this i cant recieve or send texts either.

How do i sort it?

I think you have to tell the phone which phone book you want it to use. I had the same problem, but I selected just the phone memory after copying all of my contacts from the sim to the phone. Hope this helps mate!

HTC HD2 is Windows Mobile 6.5 with HTC's Sense UI.

windows, i rang the place i got the phone from today and they said i may have limited service as it can take up to 48hrs to be fully functional. frickin hope so.
