Humming noise at 30mph!!

I recently took my mudflaps off and went from 17" to 16" alloys now this humming sound happens when I go 30mph or more! Please help!

Get it fixed. the longer you leave it the more damage to the hub and knuckle you are risking

Any local garage will fix it. Get it changed asap!! Louder it gets moee risk to it.
