It tripped over the 17,000 mark on the motorway and for some reason, reset all the trip, mileage, mpg etc. Must be a standard Reno thing - either that, or mine got that fed up waiting to be reset - it did it itself.

Mine's been sitting around 35-37mpg since I took the Viper off, about a 10mpg improvement.

damn ive got a 1.2 and best ive got is only 52 and thats going at bout 60 on motorway.Even more reason to upgrade to a 182.

i can get 36mpg tearing around at 80mph on motorways and a roads but 22mpg is common around town.

The funny thing was though, the slightest difference in driving made it vary wildly. Looping into 5th gear easily put it in the 50+mpg bracket, a blat on the motorway slip-road dropped it to low 40s. The figure was so easy to change, dependant on how much your right-foot went down.

Previous to that, it would not budge at all from 34.0mpg - regardless of driving style. In fact, the to-and-from visit to Oulton Park the other week only put it up to 34.1mpg.

I'm only getting 20.9mpg.....however that's much improved from when I picked up the Vee a week ago when it was running at 15.3mpg...!!!! DOH...!!!

Fuckabout mines lucky if it gets upto 33mpg doin motorway miles. Im lucky to get 32mpg normal driving.

i toped mine out, got 99.9mpg on the way to work the other day, grnated i was rolling down a hill at about 30mph with my foot off the gas, but still, was nice to see, lol.

best i've had out of my 2001 1.2 12v is 45 driving up to fort william, usually get around 36 on the daily commute into glasgow at 20 miles country road and 6 miles of town driving, even been as low as 30 mpg once

In my 1.4 I now sit around 40mpg, couple years ago it was more like 33mpg, worst I ever got on a tank was 27mpg caining it down to Halifax!

Best I've got is about 45 on the m1 at 60 mph. I've got it to 99.9 before, but that was going downhill and I think I just resetted the thingy-ma-bob and was coasting. Lowest I've seen has been around 25, that's thrashing it while on deliveries
