It won't lose any money for what I paid for it that's the thing. I paid less than 5k for mine.

So anything that's not kept standard or not fixed will cost money on the value of the car.

I won't be getting rid for a long time and even then, it would probably become a garage restoration project for me and my dad.

Gally - why do lots of your threads turn into conversation about your FRP? The OP was about thrashing a V6.

Someone was interested in it. They asked a question, but I agree it sometimes does turn about my car.

Maybe people like to update their knowledge of different cars as not a lot of people know about FRP's.

I'd ask about your car but i'm pretty sure I know it inside out.

Good work Dawn :) Did you find the gear shift light on the dash? Only time I saw it was the night before I sold mine a few weeks back :D

You've had it for that long and you've only just drove it at a decent pace??

You must have the right foot of a saint lol, don't see the point in owning it personally if it's just going to be pottered about in, although they do look sexual either way ;)

na, not time of the month. just f***ed off with peoples attitudes.
Post this on DW and you'll get the responses you want. Post it on a car forum and you'll get normal responses, which you don't seem to like.

As I say, cars are made to be driven.

That wee green light means lots of stone chips, but driving the Vee properly is worth every last one of them.... unless you have a "passion" for masking tape like these pussies. ;)

Has the owner of this one changed the lights/grille etc to save them or is it an actual fake?

You go enjoy your car Dawn (is it Dawn isn't it?), in any way you like be is clean it or drive it. You paid your money for a car that not alot of people on here have owned to judge on!

They are love, people would just rather see them driven and used for what a car is meant for than be detailed.

Either way, you do a top job of keeping yours tidy, and I'm sure anyone would rather have your car than one that has been driven hard.

Here here, it's your car so do what you bloody well like with it. I find it amusing that people think they know better than you even though you are maximising it's future value and still enjoying it from time-to-time.

Thanks to you Dawn we will have at least one very well kept Vee on the road in the future :)

TWR pre-production test car that is. Has a few odd bits on it.

Gally - Keeping this off topic for a minute, saw that www.pumabuild.com are doing brand new calipers for £300 and RPJ shocks for £600. They must be a half decent shout for parts as well, apparently bought most of Fords stock recently. Yes I read it in Performance Ford!

I see now why idiots like driving performance diesels. They make peak power at what, 4000-4500rpm so they carry on caining it to 4500 rpm like they used to so not to over rev the car, have lots of torque, so they think its actually fast......

This is not a dig at Magpie, just a thought.
