I hate car-parks!

Finished work after a long day, got to my car drove off home, got home to find out the some b*****d has dented me LS front wing! Not only that it is a new wing that was fitted not so long ago after someone previously crashed into me!

It can be knocked out, but that isnt the point... why cant people be more careful!

I am also obsessed by worrying about leaving my car anywhere!! Very often if I am going out on my own and have to park the car, I take hubbys, but his would probably cost much more to fix than mine if someone damaged it and it is worth three times as much as my little Clio!!

A friend of ours parks his Scooby using two places and one day after being parked up for about an hour, he came back to find that some idiot had scratched along the side of it damaging three panels. Probably some tw*t who noticed the car was taking up two spaces and thought he would teach him not to park badly

You just cant win can you? I just wish people would leave other peoples property alone!!

Im mega para too; and have come up with my ideal soloution. I have made four strips of high density foam with an adhesive magnetic flexi strip on the back. So whenever i park in a place i am not too happy about then I just put em on!

They work an absolute treat!!

Thinking about setting a mail order thing going...anyone interested?

I went to Asda this afternoon and got a telling off.

My crime ? Well i parked my new car in the parent/children bay. Some sad git reported me.I know i was wrong but i do have 2 children but they were not with me.Not making excuses ,ust looking after my car.

When im out with the kids you see it all the time, ive never felt the need to go running to whoever though, old people are the worst,if the disabled bays are full they think they have a right to park in the parents bays,i hope they get told off as well.Half the people who park in the disabled bays are not registered disabled anyway.

I think they should extend the width of the bays by law..i HATE carparks.Doesnt it hiss you off when you park half a mile away on your own,and come back to find 2 cars wedged next to yours then all the other bays free..im sure its a sect of people who drive round looking for nice lone cars..Freeeks !

Im currently workin in a supermarket, so I have to park in the car park for 20 hours a week. At the bottom of the carpark is a couple of spaces that have bollards behind and to one side of the parking space, and a kerb the other = no chances of bumps or scratches!

Failing that, try to park against a kerb at the furthest point in the car park, it halfs the chance of a bump or knock!

Update for you all: got the dent fixed by a local Panel Beater company, did it in 20mins and cost me £30 which aint too bad! Got the dent out, but you can still see it in direct sunlight, which is to be expected! Matches the oh so many door dents!!

To ensure the car stays this way I parked rite at the top of car park in two spaces!

I came out to my car after work one night and someone had stabbed the doorframe with a screwdriver making a horrible dent that cost me £120 to get rid of, I will see if I can find the pics that I took of it.

My boss recently got a ticket (no fine, just a warning) for his bad parking at Tesco in Birmingham. Now, knowing him it probably was bad, but he reckons the spaces are so small he did it to avoid people opening car doors against his, which is fair enough if you ask me. He just parked with the white line down the centre of his car!!
