Tyre pressures for a Mk1 172? I know this has probably been asked a hundred times before, but I did a search and only got answers for a Mk2. Also, anyone know the conversion to metric?

Nah, 33psi on the front, 31 at the rear!

Agree Teady172, or if you are going to be doing fast road driving stick a couple psi extras in there, 35/33 or 36/34

Thanks. Now can someone do the conversion to BAR? ie. 33/31 psi = **/** BAR.

I put mine to 2.3 bar @ the front and 2.1 at the rear.

Ill check the manual for you smiley and let you know

smiley, 1 bar=14.7 psi..

so, divide psi by 14.7 for bar, and multiply bar by 14.7 for psi.
