I messed up..... fitting my radio

Got the sub and amp in the car fine iso sorted.... however somehow i thought it would be clever to cut off the aerial and solder it up to another wire with the correct connector on it ( i have a alpine headunit so its a jap shorter diameter aerial) but obviously i cant solder it up because its an aerial, not a wire .. doh! What do i do!? :S

Halfords have an aerial repair kit for about a fiver. U strip the remaining aerial cable back a few cm's so its just the copper bit and put the new connector on and crimp it with plyers. (i did the same thing btw!)

This seems to work perfectly for me
