1st problem about3-4 months ago was when i was crawling around town in traffic, the car seems to jolt when gently accelerating or acting like tis just run out of petrol and loose power but not stall. then it suddenly kicks back up again.
2nd problem is a horrible squiling/whinning noise(not a slipping belt sound) garage thinks it could be a bearing getting redy to go on the cambelt/aux belt.
its since been to the garage to have a fuel filter changed to see if it stops the jolting/power loss...gues what, it didnt work. it also had to broke bolts removed from hub and tracking done.
since it's been back the exhaust seems quieter and when i accelerate any ammount theres this horrible hissing sound PLUS the car feels as slow as my old RT although i know its not....the hard i press the accelerator the louder it gets. i open my windows and can hear it nicely.(sounds like the noise u get when ur inflating ur tyres) the squealing noise seems to have quietened down a bit since this hissing sounds appeared a couple of days ago.
some please help me and the garage. (starting to wonder if they're making things wrong with my car on purpose)
cheers
