I-Trip Advice Please !

A mate is looking to buy one but is unsure about what brand to go for. He does not realy want to spend £100 on a denon. But has herd a few bad reports about the I-Trip. Is there any other recomended choices on the market ?

I have an I-trip. works ok but a bit fuzzy so just usually stick the headphones in instead. not the best solution but decent sound quality

Don't buy a belkin tunecast II

I bought one, might as well not bothered, sound quality is awful

Sound quality of the fm transmission isn't great on any of them to be honest.

I wouldn't recommend any as I've yet to here one that works but I can't find a free band round this way, so I constantly get fuzz and interference. Trouble is we get French radio clogging our airwaves too.
