Would have liked to keep all the cars Id ever owned on the forecourt in my country estate.

Sadly I dont have a country estate, and if I did Im sure it wouldnt look too good with a 17 year old Escort outside. 17 years old..... Thats the same age as some of you lot! Christ, Im old....!

everytime i think about it, i just couldnt imagine not having my clio, i am definately keeping it even if its just for trackdays etc

  Clio 200 Cup packed

ive considered swapping my 182 many time for a ctr, a lcr, a frs, a wrx, an evo and even an elise...

but after a test drive and conisdering the difference in buying and owning and smile per mile factor, i end up stickin with my clio.

in fact i will probabaly end up givin it to the wife when i get sommit else, so i can still have a bash now and again....

I dont regret selling the Valver or my first 1.2, but really regret selling the Williams. It was unbelievably mint, had novelty value being No.123 of the original lot and had low miles too. I thought it had to go at the time due to the mileage I was doing at work and the hankering I had for a Fiat Coupe 20V Turbo. In hindsight it was the wrong decision though.

Im such a saddo that Ive actually got a photo of the Willy from the day I sold it (in full sun, gleaming) hidden discreetly next to my PC at work. I spend most of my days gazing at the gold wheels lol!

Im occasionally tempted to find another mint Williams, but overall I think that its best I stick with the 172 because that itself is a real minter and allows me flexibility should I have to start commuting long distances again.

I traded in my MK2 1.2 for a Honda Civic VTi-S the other week, I dont find it as much fun because I could really thrash the Clio round almost any road safely as it wouldnt ever go that fast. The Hondas performance cant be used on our busy roads, if I drive it the same way Ill be in the back of someone.
