IAT Sensor????

I Have a 2002 1.2 16v Clio. I bought a performance chip and i can not find the IAT sensor anywhere. I Have been searching the internet and no one knowswhere it is. Everyone just says it is on the manifold, but if they knew this engine they would realise there talking rubbish. If anyone knows where this sensor is would they please tell me.

dont put the resistor in! it can lead to bore wash and screw your engine.

Best place to put it mate is in the bin, dont bother looking round your engine...

LOL............spend a few days, no a few hours on this site and you will find anything you want to know about a clio, right down to the smallest detail.

The guys are only trying to help you, If you are trying to fit one of the resistor chip things from ebay, trust me your next post will be 'My engine blew up'


But it is up to you........I'm sure someone will be allong in a bit with the same engine as yours and will tell you where the IAT sensor is.

Start with the obvious...

Air Filter
Remap/ECU (not a 10p ebay resistor)
Exhaust

Dont expect miracles though!
