Hi Guys,
I'm removed the standard H/U now but the new H/U doesn't have the ISO adapter. It has this at the back:

It comes with this connector which i presume needs wiring into the current loom:

As you can see above it has labels on most of the wires. But it also has 3 yellow, black and red wires with no label. Anyone any ideas what these are for? Also lastly, how do i wire it into the current loom? I know i'll have to take the wires out of the ISO but do i simply just join them together?
Any help much appreciated

Just cut/ re-move them from the block and connect using butt connectors, solder or similar. Or nip to halfords and buy a bare iso loom and wire that onto the bit you already have :)

That menas you dont have to cut the wires on the car :)

Unfortunately there isn't any halfords in Dubai, lol.
When you say red + and yellow + back up memory do you mean these need wiring to the battery?

No, the red should be the positive feed from the car's loom, to feed the H/U when ignition is on. The yellow should be the permanent live so that the H/U keeps it's memory/time etc... These sometimes need swapping round dependant on the H/U. The black I would guess is your -ve (or earth) which will need to go to your ground connection in the loom. Personally, I would locate an ISO adapter to suit my car and the type of H/U to save having to butcher the loom and potentially blow something up.
What H/U is it?

Kenwood KDC X7529. I've tried locating a ISO adaptor but there aren't any in the country. I've got a professional installer who said he can do it for me thursday morning so i'll leave it at that. thanks for the help guys.
