ICE - Quality help and expertise?

Does anyone know of somewhere in suffolk / ipswich / woodbridge / stowmarket area where one can get some advice on headunits, amps, speakers, wires etc. Despite not driving yet it will give me something to do until i can and i just wanna be able to go into a shop and say this is what i have, what else do i need to get to put in. then if their proces are right i can get it from them, or shop around in other shops or online.

What do you guys know/think?
