Ideal ride height

hi boys....finally i finished to fit my clio cup coilovers......but now i have a question..........

which is an ideal ride height ??? i want to avoid problems with the driveshafts..............i use the clio nearly every day and on the rally stages ..:rasp::rasp:

Don't go under -40mm in front..if you can put the car on scales.

Not as yet i havnt mate no and its been like this for just over a year now, ut dusnt rub the only thing is the cat sometimes catches speed bumps
