Identify a HDD Connection remotely

  Fiesta ST
Is there a way to see if a Servers (DELL) SCSI HDD is the 68pin connection or the 80pin type via a remote connection?

The server is miles away and don't really want to visit unless I have to.

SCSI host is a Adaptec 39320A which seems to be 68pin connections - but need to confirm if possible with some software.

If you've got Dell Server Administrator installed on the machine, fire it up and find out the HDD serial number. You should be able to use that to find out exactly what make, model and version it is on the manufacturer / Dell website. If not, you could always give Dell a call - they're usually OK when it comes to hardware support and I'm sure they'd be able to tell you if you give them the S/N.
The adapter suggestion by MJ could also work.
