Idle Adjustment...

Well after cleaning the TDC sensor and ICV, my car's no longer stalling or hunting at idle!

But now my car revs a bit high, I know this is because I tinkered with the idle adjustment screw a while ago so now the ICV is working it's doing the opposite.

Does anyone know how to correctly adjust the idle screw on the Throttle body?

It's a D.I.E.T. D7F engine.
