Idle problems.

I've had a quick search and can't find the right answer so...dsfnnn dfd

The idle problem is that when the car returns to idle it will kangroo from 1000-2000rpm or it will just sit at 2500rpm, sometimes accelerates the car when off throttle and well its getting annoying now. I've replaced it twice with tested units with no effect. what else could be causing this? lamba sensor? And its ph1 so the cable throttle body. thanks

ICV can stick. Plugs into the loom next to the cool pack...

Ive got the same problem on my ph1. Changed the icv and its still horrendous idling. Only thing that bothers me.
