IE7 "Stuttering"

When i scroll down it is slow but "jumps/stutters". Cant seam to find a cure for it, every windows update has been installed. Tune-up 2007 cant find a fault either. Any suggestions?

I'll go with that, get the latest graphics drivers. IE is probably functioning fine, although I personally would use Opera

Im too used to IE and it does work fine with me. The stuttering appears to happen throughout windows at various different speeds (I just hadn't noticed) im currently downloading drivers for motherboard (Onborad graphics) So hopefully that'll do the trick

ps: 24 kbs is painfull!!! But i can remember when i used to get 3 kbs!! lol
