do i have to claim on my insurance, and does that mean i will loose my no claims.
It's not just "uninsured" drivers as such mate.. Take some people on this forum for example who boast about adding mods and not declaring them. If they hit you their insurance is null and void so you'll end up paying in that scenario too.

i thout they just didnt pay out for your car, that happened to a guy i know of...
You just have to be realy lucky whilst driving I think, and thats why now I can see why older people don't like young drivers. and visa versa old people are dangerous too. I hink in a way the perfect driver is either a man or woman who are sensible from the ages of 35-60
so basiccaly what i said is right, a 55yrold is driving the same as an 18yrold but with 3pints down their neck. You just have to be realy lucky whilst driving I think, and thats why now I can see why older people don't like young drivers. and visa versa old people are dangerous too. the reaction speeds of 55-65 year olds are the same as those of an 18year old with 3 pints in his/her blood stream.

I mean, if they run into me, as in, its their fault. Not mine. I havent odne anything wrong. Its nice to know that because someone has rammed into me ill have to find the cost for repairs.
also - thers a fund that everone who pays 4 insurance pays into, it covers people when hit by uninsured drivers, takes some time to get money out of, but u can do it.
