If i put a new SIM in my iPhone what will happen?

I know these are fecking awkward things, but if i put a TESCO sim in my phone currently on 02 will anything else happen apart from it saying TESCO?

Yes it's unlocked.

If it's unlocked, there shouldn't be a problem mate. Just sync it up to iTunes and away you go!

I've just tried to use a three payg sim in my factory unlocked iPhone 4. Just says no service. Need signal to receive texts off three to register sim. What am I doing wrong? Only bought the sim to test the three network, as 02/Tesco is painfully slow data wise.

P.S. I've not synced with iTunes, and have reset network settings to no avail. Sim is recognised in about it says Three 9.0.
