Ignition wiring

I was driving down the street the other day and my oil level dial started working and my oil and engine temp warning lights came on - theres nothing wrong with the engine obviously its just like iv got my accessory switch and my engine on at the same time. is it a grounding problem or perhaps a new loom?

sounds like a flat battery to me

It cant be a flat battery because it is 2months old and im running lots of ICE with the engine off and it starts first time everytime with no problems.
