Not technically adobe illustrator but just as good;
It's a vector drawing app called miniDraw
Now im a passenger on a 3 hour drive and managed to make that... This thread isn't to boast about my awesomely geeky sonic drawing because to be honest it's quite gash as far as illustrations go. It's more to get the word out of this app, the free version let's you do everything bar export images to the gallery (which kind of makes the app pointless) but if your good enough at using the app you could buy the full version to save your work. Or use it to hone your adobe illustrator skills.
It has pretty much all the features of illustrator: pen tool, layers, shapes path adjustment etc
It's not a particularly hard app to use if you know the basics.
I'll just leave this here and please post any of your own images or thoughts on the app
